Mr. Jack (Nguyen Tien Dai) is the visionary CEO and founder of Macsara Hair. His entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to delivering premium hair products have earned him recognition and respect within the industry. Under Mr. Jack’s leadership, Macsara Hair has developed from a small hair business to a leading Vietnam hair factory.

How he started Macsara Hair

Born in a countryside area in Vietnam, our founder, Mr. Jack, noticed that there were middlemen going around the villages to purchase hair from women who needed money for their daily expenses. His mother is one of the women in his village, who sacrificed her long tresses in exchange for some living expenses.
He discovered that these women were not fairly compensated for their long, silky, unprocessed hair, which was highly valued by hair vendors. Recognizing the significant profitability of the human hair industry, Mr. Jack believed that those who sold their precious hair should receive a more deserving income. Inspired by this idea, he envisioned establishing his own hair business with the goal of showcasing the exceptional beauty of Vietnamese hair to the world. Additionally, he was determined to ensure that women were paid a fair amount reflecting the value of their sacrifice, thereby contributing to improving their living standards.

His achievements

As the founder of Macsara Hair, Mr. Jack has made a great contribution to developing the company. From a business with only 3 members, Macsara Hair has grown to a hair company with 500 personnel within just 10 years and become the Top 1 Vietnam hair factory after 5 years of establishment.

His thoughts about current work
